Proposition Design Manager
Location: Cardiff
Rate: £325pd - £425pd
Senior Proposition Manager required for a leading, multinational corporate services provider. You will be working in Mobile Payments for large financial services customers, and will be responsible for leading design and delivery. You will be expected to build and maintain stakeholder relationships and ensure that the strategy is aligned to the aspirations of the team and group.
Key responsibilities:
- Acting as a proposition SME across the mobile payment team, working closely with the Product, Activation & Engagement, business development, servicing and tech teams to develop target proposition designs and future roadmap
- Ensuring that propositions are subject to quantitative and qualitative customer testing to inform ongoing proposition development, along with ensuring any complaints drivers are understood and actively managed
- Writing and distributing a fortnightly (or as required) deep dive Proposition report, which covers all mobile payment proposition activity from across the business
Key skills required:
- Strong prior experience within Propositions or Product is essential
- Experience within Financial Services is essential (Banking would be preferential)
- Demonstrating excellent communication and storytelling skills - making the complex easily understood
- Proven experience of having a customer centric mind-set
