An exciting opportunity for a Desktop Support indidivudual to join a long-term project and great rates!

Role: Desktop Support (Windows)
Location: Romania
Rates: Market
Start: ASAP

Job Requirements:

Software/Application Experience

  • Window 7 and 8. MS Office
  • MS Office
  • Knowledge of Wavelink, PLC, Easy Label
  • Knowledge of Red Prairie, Oracle or WMS
  • Proven track record working in a warehouse and/or manufacturing environment

Technical Skills

  • Break/fix hardware and software support, including troubleshooting at the desktop for problem determination
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors to resolve hardware problems, as required
  • Install and test replacement parts
  • Knowledge and Experience in the Configuration, Setup and Support of RF Scanners
  • Printing support - Zebra Printers, and other Label printers.
  • Desktop and Laptop support
  • Basic troubleshooting support of LAN devices, Servers and networked printers.
  • Basic understanding of network terminologies
  • Solves day to day issues and performs root cause analysis of common/major problems
  • Software/Application Experience
  • Window 8.1 and later versions.

Other Skills

  • Ability to coordinate with external third party supplier to provide level 2 and 3 support
  • High integrity and customer focus
  • Problem solving/root causing skills
