Job Requirements:
Software/Application Experience
- Window 7 and 8. MS Office
- MS Office
- Knowledge of Wavelink, PLC, Easy Label
- Knowledge of Red Prairie, Oracle or WMS
- Proven track record working in a warehouse and/or manufacturing environment
Technical Skills
- Break/fix hardware and software support, including troubleshooting at the desktop for problem determination
- Coordinate with third-party vendors to resolve hardware problems, as required
- Install and test replacement parts
- Knowledge and Experience in the Configuration, Setup and Support of RF Scanners
- Printing support - Zebra Printers, and other Label printers.
- Desktop and Laptop support
- Basic troubleshooting support of LAN devices, Servers and networked printers.
- Basic understanding of network terminologies
- Solves day to day issues and performs root cause analysis of common/major problems
- Software/Application Experience
- Window 8.1 and later versions.

- Ability to coordinate with external third party supplier to provide level 2 and 3 support
