Financial Services Lawyer (Corporate/Commercial) required for one of our clients based in Central London. This is a 6-month contract starting ASAP, rate £500 pd.
Key Responsibilities:
1. To be the key lawyer responsible for the legal aspects of commercial and contract matters for the Company, and general in-house counsel;
2. To assist in dealing with any regulatory aspects the Company faces, and to assist with the legal and regulatory team generally;
3. To develop and maintain effective working relationships within the Company including, where relevant, its external stakeholders, and with key commercial contacts of the Company
Experience required:
- UK registered lawyer
- Financial Services experience
- Regulatory & Payments experience preferred.
