Description
I have a great opportunity to work for a European bank based in Luxembourg. My client is looking for a strong AIX Linux engineer. You will work in the UNIX team managing :
- Power servers under Aix 7 using Power VM/VIO (npiv, SEA , FCoE) with about 70 partitions managed under NIM (Oracle, WAS , TSM, Gateway XFB , Swift, etc ...).
- 13 0 virtual machines running Linux RedHat 6.x/7.x systems.
- Involved in a number of AIX/Linux focused project
Key Skills:
- patch deployment project for Aix via NIM. Drafting and implementation of the deployment protocol.
- Participation in a patch deployment project for RedHat via Satellite. Drafting and implementation of the deployment protocol.
- Participation in systems work : File system increases, minor upgrade Aix, RedHat or applications, installation of third-party tools, setting up backup, monitoring configuration under Nagios, daily maintenance of systems, security systems, etc
- Must speak French
