My client are currently look for an M&E Quantity Surveyor to work on a 6 month contract role with a likely extension, based out of Manchester.
The projects you will be working on are based a round live mission critical environments, any experience having worked in this kind of environment/on this kind of project will be a great advantage.
Experience;
- Mechanical and or Electrical Background (M&E or MEP)
- Live Mission Critical experience eg Clean Rooms, Laboratories, Hospital Renovations, Data Centres etc.
- Experience working for the principal contractor on projects
- Experience liaising with the client
- Ability to hit the ground running and work without supervision
