Description
Keystream are currently recruiting for a Corporate Governance Support Officer, on behalf of a large NHS organisation in the South East. The successful candidate will be required to provide additional support to the exiting team within Corporate Governance, therefore must have experience of working in a busy Governance team, in a public sector organisation. This is an urgent requirement and a full time (37.5 hours) position, Monday to Friday.
Corporate Governance Support Officer responsibilities:
- Day-to-day Board/Committee/Executive agenda despatches
- Implementation of Electronic Board agenda solution
- Progress work in relation to Trust-wide governance review
- Establish and develop process for Trust-wide declaration of interests procedures
- Provide detailed minutes and meeting documentation
- Development of new Board Assurance Framework template
Skilled Required:
- NHS experience desired, public sector experience accepted
- Previous roles within Corporate Governance- understanding of committee/executive meetings and despatches
- Excellent organisational and communication skills- great stakeholder engagement
- Excellent written communication skills
