We are working strategically with one of our core clients who is looking for an experienced and highly knowledgeable Business Analyst with experience in Clinical Operations

Mandatory skill qualification:
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with proven experience and in-depth knowledge of business Analysis and business systems analysis.
  • Experience with various types of Software Development Life Cycle methodologies
  • Extensive understanding and application of analytical tools, principles, concepts, and techniques related to requirements, data, usability and process analysis.
  • Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to plan and execute workshops
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience in computer sciences, software engineering or similar
  • Experience in the Pharmaceutical space, ideally with delivering Clinical Operations or Trial Master File (TMF) IT solutions in a GxP environment
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Experience in influencing and leading activities
  • Experience with Data Modelling and Project Management is advantageous
  • Flexibility to work outside of normal working hours and flexibility to travel for up to 20% of time including outside of home country


Key responsibilities will be:
  • Eliciting and documenting requirements using techniques such as: stakeholder meetings/interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, drive usability (UX), persona creation and prototyping
  • Analysing business scenarios that may potentially be solved by implementation of automated systems and/or modifications to business processes (including enhancements/improvements of current solutions)
  • Striving for harmonization and improvement of business processes by propagating common standardised data models, applications and technologies that are in line with the Informatics strategies and architectures
  • Clarifying available technology on the market and driving the identification of appropriate solutions for client through formal RFI/RFP processes
  • Participating and advising in roadmap discussions
  • Translating business strategy into an Informatics context and working with solution architects to establish an IT strategy which delivers optimal value to the business
  • Driving transformation of business user requirements into functional specifications
  • Facilitating and supporting customers in UAT planning and execution
