Position: Database Analyst
Location: Newton, MA
Job Type: 3 months Contract
Required Experience:
- Strong experience managing a Microsoft Dynamics customer relationship management system.
- Experience using integration tools (preferably Scribe) to connect CRM and marketing systems (preferably HubSpot).
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with marketing metrics tracked in Google Analytics.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the CRM database platform to ensure accuracy, run reports, and provide insights through analysis to improve overall decision making.
- Proactively analyse the database to identify and resolve duplicate records, orphan records, etc.
- Pull segmented lists based on user behaviour.
- Update fields for all contacts by managing bulk uploads.
- Create, update and manage modules and contact fields.
