Helpdesk Specialist ()
Pay up to $16.40 an hour DOE
12 month W2 contract
Alpharetta, GA
Requirements:
- Must have good customer service, phone, written, computer and technical support skills.
- Must be Internet savvy (knows how to delete cookies, etc.).
- Agent must have the ability to work both independently and in a team environment; as well as the ability to work in a fast paced, multi-task environment.
- Responsibilities: The specialist will serve as the front line support for website related phone calls and emails.
- Additional Information: Please let me know at time of submittal if the candidate it bilingual with Spanish as a second language.
- Hours: The Helpdesk is open 8am - 8pm, Monday through Friday. Shift will be assigned by based on business need and call volume. Must be flexible for shiftwork during the hours of 8am - 8pm.
