Description
A global Investment Banking financial services organisation require an experienced Senior Manager to join the Control Room and Research Compliance Team.
The suitable candidate will have the following experience:
- Significant experience within an Investment Banking, Legal or Regulatory environments with Control Room, Private Side or Research Compliance experience
- Manage Conflicts clearance for our business activities
- Understanding of applicable regulatory rules and regulations and industry best practices
- Maintenance and review of Restricted List, Watch list & Insider List
- Review and clearance of Investment Research which has been escalated to the Control Room
- Experience facilitating Chinese Wall crossings from initial request to the resumption of normal duties, including the administration of associated systems
