Technical Writer - Information Security
Immediate need for a Technical Writer with FedRAMP documentation experience to join a worldwide industry leading SaaS company in Atlanta!
As the Information Security Technical Writer, you will join the Information Security Program supporting all aspects of technical writing and document preparation for the company's FedRAMP offerings (FedRAMP, NIST, FIPS, FISMA, DISA SRG, and Security of Network and Information Security Directives). Provide leadership and subject matter expertise for the design, writing, and final preparation of all documentation to support federal requirements for our federal SaaS offerings. In order to be successful in this role, you must have experience with writing, editing, and/or managing a wide variety of IT security documentation and familiarity with federal IT standards such as Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) or National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).

Required Skills:
- 3+ years Federal technical writing/documentation
- Experience with NIST SP 800 Series -OR- FedRAMP -OR- FISMA
- Strong understanding of cloud technology & security concepts
- Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Skills:
- CISA, CISSP, PMP, CRISC, Security + and/or other relevant designations
- Experience in large scale compliance or auditing environments
- Experience with SOCII and/or audit criteria definition
- Experience performing vulnerability assessments, QA testing, Implementations & Validations.
