Agile Security Scrum Master/Infrastructure/CI CD/Bank/Finance/Security
We are currently looking for a Scrum Master/Agile Coach with Security experience to work at a Global Financial player based in the heart of Amsterdam. We are looking for a Scrum Master with 5+ years of experience who can not only supervise multiple Scrum teams, but can also provide coaching for other Scrum Masters at Department level. You will be working on next-gen Fraud Detection systems that are deployed across the bank in a challenging environment in which the latest technology is used (including Public Cloud and Machine Learning/A.I. tooling).
You need to have experience in a Security and Finance environment and be capable/confident in growing and driving forward an agile way of working. You will be a sparring partner for Product Owners with the goal of producing agile working solutions in a team of Engineers.
Your Profile:
- 5+ years of experience
- Demonstrable experience with Scrum/Agile (no starting Scrum Masters)
- Demonstrable certifications and training in the field of Scrum/Agile methodologies
- Demonstrable experience in a Security environment (financial/information/data security)
- Technical background in infrastructure/project management
- Strong technical and professional communication skills
- Coaching skills
- Proactive attitude and decisiveness
