Description

Our client requires a candidate to provide procurement support to a very busy commercial department reporting to the Commercial Manager. The role will carry out a range of administrative duties under the direction of the Commercial Manager which will range from requirements gathering, assimilation of information and reporting, and requisition administration, Invoice checking and analysis and general queries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Requisition life cycle

  • Invoice checking

  • Purchase Order data gathering

  • On Hold report processing

  • Data gathering

  • Supplier liaison

Skills Required

  • Previous solid experience working in a busy procurement department

  • Honest and trustworthy

  • Ability to prioritise work

  • Good arithmetical skills and numerical accuracy

  • Ability to use MS Office suite and G-Suite tools

  • Good clear communication skills both verbal and written

  • Ability to build and sustain relationships in existing networks

  • Produce and deliver monthly reports
