Service Desk Analyst (Belge Speaking) - Contract - Belgium
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a multilingual service desk analyst to provide Level 1 End User IT support, instruct users on usage of software, announce urgent/important information from the IT group, as well as receive and assign software, hardware and network requests to the appropriate team.
Skills and Experienced required:
- Fluent in Dutch language, Good in English.
- Good knowledge of Windows & Microsoft Office tools or will to learn.
- Ability to understand the IT environment.
- Customer focused and approachable.
