Job Description
Within the Oracle EBS Functional Consulting Division, Client is seeking a senior Consulting Professional who is able to interact effectively with Client executives, lead high performing, multidisciplinary consulting teams as well as large transformation programs. This role will serve as a Senior Consultant who interacts with Business and understand their day to day operational issues, resolve them, and work and guide with a large diversified team to understand the Business issues related to the application and mentor them
Required
8 years of total IT experience with Solution and Consulting experience in Oracle Financials with strong knowledge in Life Sciences Domain
Strong knowledge in AR, AP, GL and FA
Experience and knowledge in GxP Compliance and should have worked on GxP Systems.
Essential
Decent knowledge in EB Tax, Cash Management and Cost Management.
Must have experience in Planning and Execution of Integration testing, Cutover activities.
Should have strong capability in getting business requirements, identifying gaps, solution design and Suggest best practices followed in Industry.
At least 7 years of experience in software development life cycle.
At least 7 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
At least 5 years of experience in Design and architecture review.
Hands on experience in Oracle Apps Process flows, Gap analysis, FRS and CEMLI/RICE testing.
Ability to work in team in diverse/multiple stakeholder environment.
Good and Clear Communication Skills and should be able to explain the requirements/application understanding with offshore teams.
Analytical skills.
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
