Blockchain - Technical Writer
Requirements
- Plan, develop, organize, write and edit product manuals, customer facing technical & operational manuals.
- Systematically document and disseminate instruction manuals and other supporting documents to communicate complex technical information to business users
- Create product manual from technical information to business users
- Produce electronic documentation in PDF & Powerpoint for external facing customers
- Maintain a comprehensive library of technical terminology and documentation
- Analyse documents to maintain continuity of style content
- Manage updates and revisions to technical literature
- Reviews technical presentations and written communications and adapts them to different audiences or business needs
- Builds relationships with clients and interprets their needs into publication objectives and specifications
Skills
- Proven experience working in a technical writing position
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences
- Skilled at prioritization and multi-tasking
- Experience in Payments, Banking or Transaction Processing business. Especially in Business2Business marketspace
