Engineering Manager - Defence
An Engineering Manager is required to work on a six month contract, with the possibility of extension for our Defence client based in Surrey.
This is a 6-month contract with a leading UK defence business.
Overview of the Engineering Manager contract role
Management of an Subs engineering programme or project consisting of a number of major engineering systems, disciplines, platform assemblies, equipment or software products roles are differentiated through the size of projects managed as measured though, annual cost/budget, IBP value and volume of resources managed.
Key skills required for the Engineering Manager
- Degree qualified
- Management and integration of multi-disciplined teams
- Delivery experience of complex projects
- Combat Systems/Submarines experience
The role is based in Surrey - commutable from Aldershot, Farnborough, Wokingham, Bracknell, Chertsey, Weybridge, Woking, Guildford, Farnham, Winchester, Basingstoke and Reading with excellent access from Hampshire and Berkshire
