Attraction & Reward Lead
London

This is a new role required as part of a new Transformation People & Capability Strategy. As part of this strategy the bank will be undergoing four large scale recruitment campaigns in Agile, Design, Data and Engineering. This means that their attraction team will need to temporarily grow to enable us to develop and execute these campaigns.

The Role:

  • Develop perm recruitment campaigns in Agile, Design, Data and Engineering
  • Promote the bank as a career opportunity to potential new applicants
  • Lead & Develop on attraction strategy
  • Run attraction campaigns
  • Develop perm recruitment campaigns
  • Create and improve talent pipelines using various routes to market
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Run attraction campaigns for Agile, Data, Design and Engineering
  • Develop reward propositions for key roles including financial and non-financial reward

Experience/Skills:

  • Must have strong, up to date market knowledge
  • Proven track record in recruiting incredible talent (preferably with experience in either tech, design or agile recruitment)
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruitment
  • Forward thinking
  • Proven experience of developing and building strong relationships with key stakeholders; engaging effectively at all levels
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in marketing/event management would be highly beneficial
  • Modern and innovative approach to attraction campaigns
  • Access to talent pools and awareness of talent networks and sites
  • 3 + years of experience as an attraction expert

Experience within marketing and advertising is also a benefit.
