Active Directory/Windows Engineer
Exciting opportunity to join this dynamic company as an Active Directory/Windows Engineer!
Once hired, you will serve as a Sr Windows Engineer, Active Directory SME on the Enterprise Wintel Services team. This team is responsible for designing, developing, upgrading, testing and implementing processes to ensure all error conditions and optimizations are addressed. You will serve as a Sr Resource and Active Directory SME.
This is a 12 month contract located in Midtown! Excellent opportunity for a long term contract with a great, stable company!
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 5+ years as a Systems Engineer/System Administrator MS Windows Server )
- 5+ years of strong Active Directory experience (looking for a SME)
- Active Directory Group Policy consolidation and Security Groups
- Experience with multiple Group Policy Objects
- Experience leading Active Directory migrations
- Active Directory Forests
- Active Directory Domain consolidation and migration experience
- Workstation configurations
- Group Policy analysis
- Powershell Scripting
- Excellent troubleshooting skills including root cause analysis
