Description
A government department in Canberra is seeking the services of a Agile Requirements Design Specialist.
The services will include and not be limited to:
- Engaging business analysts, testers, developers and Subject Matter Experts to create and design models and logic flows from business rules and requirements to meet project outcomes;
- Driving installation, implementation and maintenance activities for the Agile Requirements Designer (ARD) tool in the Department's technology landscape;
- Producing technical, training and supporting documentation for the Departments' instance of the ARD tool;
- Engaging and liaising with business and technical stakeholders to deliver ARD related services and project outcomes;
- Delivering and supporting ARD training activities to end users and assisting in up skilling resources in the ARD tool and functionality;
- Driving integration activities with other existing tools (DevTest, Test Data manager) in the Department's technology landscape;
- Producing and providing input into a range of documentation that will be specific to business related outcomes;
- Maintaining accurate documentation in relation to business and technical requirements.
Specified Personnel will be expected to:

Mandatory/Essential Criteria
- Demonstrated understanding of software development life cycles and software configuration management;
- Demonstrated experience:
- Creating design models and logic flows from business rules and requirements to meet project outcomes;
- Using the Agile Requirements Designer (ARD) tool or similar application;
- Producing a variety of technical documentation;
- In a training role;
- Demonstrated ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders;
The client requires the candidate to hold a valid Baseline clearance prior to commencement.
