As a Senior JavaScript Developer you will be working on a variety of Greenfield projects across the business. As part of our new Innovation Lab, you will be given a chance to work on our brand new flexible platform to try new things and be creative - we are looking for people who can bring their own ideas to the table. Ultimately you will have a big impact on this brand new part of our business.
Requirements
- Expert knowledge & experience designing, developing and deploying JavaScript Applications.
- Angular 2/4/5 experience is a strong preference with knowledge of best practices and commonly used modules
- Extensive knowledge of CSS and JS methods for providing performant visual effects and keeping the framerate above 30fps at all times
- Any experience extracting data from MongoDB, Hadoop, Tableau or Apache Spark DB's would be a key differentiator.
- Agile/Scrum familiarity an advantage.
- Experience in SOAP & REST based services
- Experience and belief in Test Driven Development is a key requirement.
- Experience in mobile applications development, web development and rapid prototyping a distinct advantage.
