Role Summary
To assist the Head of Marketing Risk Management & Assurance in embedding new processes throughout the Marketing Divisions. This is to be achieved through the below.
Duties And Responsibilities
- To gather existing information on documented process and procedures.
- Undertake gaps analysis and areas for improvement.
- Support Marketing function heads in the documenting of processes and procedures, in accordance with defined framework and templates.
Experience And Qualification
- Relevant financial services experience.
- Operational risk experience in the context of financial services.
Skills/Knowledge
- Excellent knowledge of financial services regulatory and legislative framework
- Effective written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Computer skills including Word, Excel, SharePoint and Outlook
- Good interpersonal skills
