Description

Key Responsibilities:
•Server Side support for Infrastructure (Touch Services),
•First & Second Level Support to end users,
•Co-Ordinate and support activities planned by Core Infrastructure team .
•Virtualized support for unmanned location through educating and empowering identified Super Users,
•Regional Infra team rationalization based on workload sharing by central Infra Team,
•Validation and resolution of the alert received by way of trouble shooting on the system.
•It will also involve escalation and resolution follow-up with other parties like vendors & suppliers or central management teams.

Required Skills:
•Graduate with Experience/Knowledge in Windows Server ,
•Microsoft Office Suite ,
•Windows XP/7 and Apple Macintosh Operating systems,
•Active directories,
•Protocols – LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, FTP, VPN, Cisco Router, Switch and Hubs,
•Symantec Backup Exec 11.0 Server and End point protection,
•Network Printers, Scanners, Network Cards, Memory and other peripheral devices,
•Network Cabling and Hardware testing,
•IPhone and Blackberry support and Avaya IP Phones.
