Description
We are looking for a Senior Python developer to join an international E-commerce organization (Amsterdam, 6 months). You will gather requirements, manage stakeholders, design and implement an application. Knowledge of Back End systems, infrastructure and cloud preferred.
Your Tasks and responsibilities:
- Design and implement internal tooling for the life cycle management of cloud projects for our internal customers
- Contribute to the team's work with high-quality, well-tested code
- Collaborate with other team members and engineers
- Ensure code quality and maintainability
Your profile:
- Several years of experience as a software engineer
- Good knowledge of Python, its frameworks, and (non-) relational databases
- Good knowledge of HTML/CSS, Javascript and its frameworks
- Passion for agile software development, product discovery and continuous deployment
- High aspiration for quality balanced with a good sense of pragmatism
- Effective oral and written English communication skills
- Bonus: experience with OpenStack and/or GCP
