PC & Hardware Support Analyst - Brussels, Belgium
Languages: ENGLISH and FRENCH (bilingual).
Skills and Experience:
- Experience with - Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes, Disposals of PC and Hardware.
Description of work:
- All on site activities in support of the end-users (PC's, printers, screens, configurations).
- Handling the customers showing up at our walk-in desk.
- Develop, document and maintain procedures
- Maintain the asset information
- Propose and evaluate new hardware equipment to anticipate technology refreshment
- Define the approval workflow
- Contact the end-user and make practical arrangements
- LAN patching in wiring cabinets
- Return any obsolete de-installed hardware
- Create incidents for all material.
