Description
We are looking for a Laptop Deployment Support Engineer to work within our Client's Deployment team.
This role will include carrying out face-to-face deployments of Laptops with associated devices to end users.
This is a varied and demanding role for an intelligent and enthusiastic person who enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment.
Responsibilities
- Deploy laptops to end-users
- Train users in the use of their personal devices
- Conduct security briefings and training for users
- Provide second line support, as required
- Collaborative working with other teams where required
- Adopt and adapt to continuous improvement requirements
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience of supporting end users face to face in a customer facing environment
- Experience of hardware and peripherals installation and related troubleshooting
