Avaya Engineer, AES, CTI, TSAPI, Columbus, Ohio
My client who is a systems integrator have deployment project.
This requires an engineer capable with both AES deployment as well as a strong understanding of TSAPI and CTI.
This engagement is expected to last for 12 weeks.
There are two customer phases:
On-site in Columbus for six (6) continuous work weeks, 40 hours per week (less Bank holidays) in which there will be a New AES implementation and evaluation period for a CTI/TSAPI software product will be completed. This period will require a candidate engineer to work side by side with others assigned to the lab, as well as with the software vendor personnel. Prior experience in evaluating software performance is highly desired. The second customer phase will start immediately following the first phase, with three (3) more weeks of production testing, monitored by the engineer from the Columbus lab, and then three (3) final weeks of remote support, as the customer and their staff do additional reviews and planning for the enterprise deployment of the new software.If you have the relevant experience and would be something of interested, please apply and we will call you to discuss further!
