Description
Lead UI Developer/Architect (React.JS ReactJS React-JS Front-end Front End UI GUI User Interface Architect Architecture Design HTML CSS JavaScript Front Office FX Equities Fixed Income Trading Finance Banking Buy Side) required by our asset management client in New York City.
You MUST have the following:
- Lead UI Front End Developer experience with React-JS (React.JS, ReactJS)
- Experience in a Lead Developer/Programmer/Software Engineer capacity for the creation of a new trading application front-end/user interface
- Strong ability to lead the design and architecture for the front end of trading applications
- Expert CSS, HTML, JavaScript
- Understanding of equities, fixed income, commodities or FX trading
The following is DESIRABLE, not essential:
- AWS- Amazon Web Services
Role: Lead UI Developer/Architect (React.JS JavaScript Trading Finance Front Office Equities)required by our asset management client in New York City. You will be joining a team of seven, spread across London and the US that are developing a new equities research platform that will be hosted in AWS. You will be the Lead UI Developer who will create the front end in ReactJS (React.JS, React-JS). The platform will be working with live data feeds for global equities products, cash and derivatives, and later be extended to included fixed income products.
In order to do this role, it is imperative that you have worked with React.JS to create new UI's for trading applications. Ideally, you will come bringing experience of delivering projects like this from inception.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a department that is investing heavily in IT at present. The department is aggressively moving towards AWS and CI/CD automation. Although the initial contract will be for 6 months, it is likely that the projects will extend beyond 2 years.
