CRM Manager

A well known Global Retailer are looking for a CRM Manager to joining their team on a 3 Month basis with potential to extend.

I am looking for a Senior CRM Manager to support driving customer activation, retention and reactivation, across channels, by devising and planning targeted high impact marketing campaigns, delivered primarily through Direct Mail & other targeted campaigns/experiences. This person will also be the champion for CRM across the business, driving the agenda on data capture, customer KPI tracking, and delivering differentiated experiences for our most important customer segments.

Key Deliverables:
- Work with the Marketing Manager, Email Manager and Social Media Manager, as well as the Content & Design teams, to execute these targeted campaigns
- Report & generate insights from the results to feed back into optimising the complete CRM journey
- Have a birds-eye view of and oversee the programme of all CRM campaigns
- You will be very numbers driven and understand the real meaning of segmentation
- Have thorough experience of DM
- Willingness to make a difference and work in a team environment.
