Description
R2R Global Process Owner is required for our high profile customer who are embarking on an implementation of a leading cloud-based ERP as part of a finance transformation programme. The successful candidate will have complete ownership of the end to end process around the (Record to Report) R2R workstream, with particular importance being placed on defining the future 'to-be' state for the global finance function and being the custodian SME across the business. They will be responsible for designing best practice global and streamlined processes, as well as recommending enhancements to the global template. The R2R Process Lead will quality assurance existing processes and enhance the documentation to support this. Furthermore, they will be responsible for governance and reporting for the workstream; as well as supporting the business with UAT, cutover, business readiness and go-live of the new finance SaaS solution.
Applicants must have:
. Experience of working as a R2R Global Process owner on ERP or Finance System implementation projects, ideally SaaS or cloud-based systems
. Strong finance background, ideally a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
. Excellent stakeholder management skills
. Effective at working in a team and building relationships at all levels of the business
. Strong interpersonal skills and managing technology change programmes across finance
