Currently Templeton & Partners is looking for an Experienced IT Smart Automation and Data Platforms Manager to join one of our international clients for a position in Rotterdam Area, The Netherlands of 6 months with option of extension.
The Task
Templeton & Partners is looking for a strong communicative IT Smart Automation and Data Platforms Manager who will be accountable for identifying and delivering bottom line value to the business through both the implementation of innovative new IT solutions and harvesting of existing IT assets to enable the achievement of the business strategy, value drivers and KPIs.
Some of your key activities will include:
- Works closely with business stakeholders to understand and influence how IT and the business can align strategic success goals
- Understanding of the Business and Industry landscape, including strategic priorities, challenges and how this relates to the wider enterprise strategy.
- Leads the demand side of IT governance in partnership with the business and communicates high-level business requirements to IT functional groups.
- Ensures the delivery of value outcomes
Our client is looking for you to have experience and skills in:
- Ability to shape and translate a technology enabled vison into delivery of successful
business outcomes - Gravitas and excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to engage and
influence up to Senior Executive level in a complex organization - Ability to build strong collaborative partnerships with senior business stakeholders
- Ability to build and lead high performing IT natural teams aligned around driving greater
business value - Resilience, courage and the willingness to challenge and manage business expectations
- Experience in developing business cases and in managing IT budgets through the IT
demand management and planning process - Strong preference: Finance background
