Job Description:
Client needs to strengthen with expertise in RPA.
The task involves:
- Together with the client investigate and select appropriate (-a) process (s) to automate through RPA
- Design and build robot/robot process flows and document implementation.
- Obtain and install technology in trial version.
- Create a or several "prototypes" and test the robot/robot's handling of the process flow in at least one chosen work process,
- If possible, implement additional logic in the process of handling detected errors or incidents.
- Review and document the results and share lessons.
- Demonstrate the results of the work and conduct an impact workshop for any further work, document according to clients guidelines or wishes.
It is important that the consultant/consultants working on the assignment have good communication skills and can communicate technical terms with people who are not technically versed.
- Experience in setting up RPA development environments previously and being able to do this independently,
- Have proven experience to introduce RPA in service organizations. in at least 2 assignments in the last 5 years,
- Have expertise and experience regarding pilot projects based on RPA technology and have worked with the entire process from - Start-up analysis to realized automation with support RPA technology. (Technology that offers automation of repetitive tasks without the development of underlying systems).
- The consultant/consultants should be able to speak and write fluent Swedish.
- Provider should be able to provide test version and necessary technical tools for RPA
