Operational Risk/Internal Audit Analyst - £ Per Day
One of the UK's leading financial services providers requires a Risk Analyst to work Maintain the process, toolkits, and systems for managing business incidents.
Key responsibilities include.
- Monitor business incidents to confirm they are promptly contained, remediated, analysed and corrected for root cause, recorded, and reported to senior management as needed
- Partner with process, assurance, change, and incident managers to drive focus on incident identification and implementation of controls to prevent recurrence of incidents
- Make effective use of software applications to achieve user experience, reporting and analysis objectives
Skills required to be successful in this role include
- Knowledge of risk management processes eg ISO 31000 or COSO ERM
- Knowledge of process management tools and techniques eg SIPOC, RACI
- Possess or is interested in seeking a relevant risk management qualification eg IRM International Certificate in ERM
- Knowledge of risk identification and root cause analysis tools and techniques
- Ensure root cause analysis is completed and all root causes are addressed
- Ensure all consumer, client, partner, supplier or employee communications are complete
- Document the incident including a summary of the event, results of investigations, root cause analysis and the high-level milestones for the containment, recovery and correction plans in the system of record
- Communicate with the incident owner and other stakeholders on the plans and progress in executing the plans as appropriate or as requested by the incident owner
- Provide support to the incident owner as required
This contract can be based out the Leeds or Nottingham office and offers between £ per day for an initial 6 months.
