My global banking client is looking for an expert Recruitment Business Partner, someone who can develop perm recruitment campaigns in Agile, Design, Data and Engineering.
Location - Edinburgh
Duration - 6 months
Rate - £350pd
This is a new role required as part of the new Transformation People & Capability Strategy within the company. As part of the strategy they will be undergoing four large scale recruitment campaigns in Agile, Design, Data and Engineering. This means that their recruitment team will need to temporarily grow to enable them to develop and execute these campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Support in recruitment and selection process
- Support alignment with on boarding and induction teams to ensure smooth landing of new colleagues
- Review and refine selection and recruitment process
- Source talented candidates using various routes to market
Experience/Skills
- Proven track record in recruiting incredible talent
- Experience in technology, design or agile recruitment
- Modern and innovative approach to recruitment
- Previous recruitment experience is essential
