We are currently looking for a Pension consultantto work for a top FS business in central Bristol. We are looking for a Pension consultant who is able to resolve complex queries and provide efficient and compliant service.
Opportunities of the Pensions Consultant Role include:
- Providing a peerless technical query resolution service to agreed standards
- Driving continuous improvement of the technical query resolution service through liaison with various departments to enable systems and tools to support the Partnership
- Advising the Partnership on appropriate product and procedural queries whilst offering support and guidance on those that sit outside the expertise of Pensions Technical
- Taking a high degree of personal responsibility for improving own technical knowledge and industry product/process/system knowledge to provide valuable support
- Leading development for colleagues through the delivery of training in line with the competency framework to ensure the continuation of a high standard of service in the team
Capabilities of the Pensions Consultant Role include:
- Recognised expert for all products/services/systems offered and used across Pensions.
- Qualification to Diploma level and able to demonstrate an in-depth understanding and specialist knowledge required to technically advise Partners and PSS
- Ability to provide the most appropriate solution to support the Partnership with complex technical queries through the oversight of multiple areas and how they work together
- Understanding and awareness of financial services industry changes which may impact on the company's products and services
