Description

A government department in Canberra is seeking the services of a Experience as a Junior Project Manager delivering IT related projects in a Government context. The position of Junior Project Manager (PM) will be responsible for the management or assisting the management, of the technical, transition, coordination, reporting and control aspects of various IT projects within the Department.

Selection Criteria:

  • Demonstrated experience in managing (or assisting) and delivering IT related projects within a Government context.
  • Highly motivated to achieve results - outcome orientated.
  • Prepare and manage project management artefacts.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing stakeholders (internal and external including vendors).
  • Demonstrated experience in undertaking procurements and managing budgets within a Government context.
  • Current Project Management qualifications (eg. PRINCE2) an advantage.

    • The role requires the candidate to be an Australian Citizen and hold Baseline security clearance prior to commencement.

    The role closes to receipt of applications by 11am 21st November 2018.
