Description

My client an Energy Trading Company based in Sunbury requires a Data Analyst.

The analyst will help support the project team with tasks such as:

Contract Description

  • Recruitment ATS (Applicant Tracking System) system knowledge at a system admin or technical level (ie not just a recruiter). Ideally within Brassring but any large ATS knowledge is a transferable skill set
  • Someone who is strong in process and used to dealing with large amounts of data
  • Ability to transfer data which has been built in a development/staging/test system, and manually (and accurately) transfer this into a production/live version of (the same) system
  • There is an element of data entry to this role (but it's not as simply as data entry )
  • Solid use of excel would likely be needed
  • A need of general awareness of how an ATS functions at a technical level

The role:

In a nutshell we are building a new version of our current ATS but doing this within the current live ATS. As such, the new design is being built in our staging/text environment and we have tested all components/interfaces with other systems in this environment. As such, our strong belief is that this environment is good to go. But we now need to transfer all of the content (email templates, snippets of text that form our contracts etc along with elements of system config into the live environment. As such this role is for someone who has a solid background and is aware of how an ATS functions and would be comfortable, with limited supervision, to replicate the staging endowment within the live environment.

The role would also become involved in element of testing and additional project work as time progresses and ability is demonstrated.
