SAP Project Manager, Procurement - 1-year contract - Midland, MI USA
Global Enterprise Partners is looking for an experience SAP Project Manager, Procurement in Midland, to take part in a global carve out project in the Procurement domain.
Competencies required:
- 10 to 15 years project management experience
- Experience in ERP implementation in procurement
- Direct procurement experience
- Ariba experience will be a plus
- Identify, define, and document detailed work process and system requirements, use cases, and process definitions
- Analyze and design/re-design business processes
- Establish co-ownership of the requirements and use cases with the Application SMEs to ensure a complete understanding of the requirements and confirming the final solution
- Participate in system development and build activities such as reviewing design documentation, executing product test and user acceptance testing, conducting training, and assisting with implementation support
- Ensure integrated, 'Workable' solutions that meet the functional needs
- Ensure functional requirements are fulfilled
- Drive cross functional and program management alignment
- Identify opportunity for process simplification by evaluating requirements against "out of the box" capabilities
- Participate in user and task analysis to maintain the business community's perspective
- Ensure solution meets business objectives
- Ensure Documentation and training development are complete and accurate
- Take ownership and escalate issues to ensure on-time delivery
