Swedish speaking Service Delivery Manager urgently required for interesting contract in Gothenburg Germany.
6 month rolling contract based in Germany.
The Swedish speaking Service Delivery Manager will ideally have the following skills and expertise:
* Managing operation's team for Output management deliveries in order to meet the agreed KPI targets.
* SLA reporting and report generation. Assist and manage resources to resolve incidents and problems.
* Resource and strategic planning to meet demands from ongoing projects.
* Manage and resolve user complaints.
* Run and maintain Kanban task board for Operations.
* Plan and hold team huddles/meetings.
* Participate in operational meetings with the different deliveries.
* Managing and resolving access issues for operations team.
* Some incident handling on a backup basis.
