The Team Content Services, resides under the department Document Services in the Domain Distribution. Considering the ‘why’ and the ambition of Content Services, we, as our client, state that content has an important role in our ambition to be highly relevant to our customers at key moments of change as well as to serve their day to day financial needs.
We want the organization to be able to select the ‘right content’ for the ‘right user’ at the ‘right moment’ in the ‘right channel’ to support even better customer service and increase customer satisfaction, and support the process of content creation and publication in a consistent and efficient way.
As partner of the DTO we are responsible for the distribution function of our client . Everything we do will contribute to realize the Digital Ambitions of our client.

The Agile Scrum Team Content Services works on capabilities and relations for among others content recognition and Headless CMS. The team is looking for two Business Analysts, one for Moving Research Engine and one for CMS Selection
