Project Development Team Leader - ASPICE - ISO26262 - DOORS - IBM RTC
For one of our Clients in Poland we are looking for a Project Development Team Leader
The core skills needed are as follows:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze technical project requirements (customer and internal)
- Manage the project time schedule per project milestones and release plan
- Define and plan work packages for the electronics development team and quality support, utilizing MS Project and a task management system (RTC)
- Plan, coordinate and follow up work packages until closure
- Organize reviews of requirements management, system architecture, detailed design, and test evaluations (functional, DV and PV)
- Apply project change, defect and risk management per the Varroc development process to comply with automotive SPICE requirements.
- Maintain project cost targets (engineering and material cost of electronics) by applying strict change management and enforcing VAVE activities.
- Support customer presentations and discussions and present quotations or development results
- Conduct reviews with customers on technical requirements and agree on technical solutions
- Assure compliance and maintenance of processes according automotive standards - specifically ASPICE and ISO26262
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT(S):
- Practical experience and know-how in usage of following tools (eg MS Office, MS-Project, IBM RTC, DOORS, Rhapsody, SYSML, UML)
- High degree of cost consciousness
- Fluent negotiation skills in English
