Role: AWS - DevOps Engineer
Location: Dublin
Start Date: Immediate
Required Skills:
- Experience with using a broad range of AWS technologies (eg EC2, RDS, ELB, EBD, S3, VPC, Glacier, IAM, Cloud Watch, KMS) to develop and maintain an Amazon AWS based cloud solution, with an emphasis on best practice cloud security.
- Working on AWS cloud formation template creations, auto scaling. Etc.
- In depth knowledge on private & Public VPCs, Understanding network topologies and common network protocols and services (DNS, HTTP(S), SSH, FTP, SMTP) over AWS infrastructure.
- Working hands on experience on AWS networking issue troubleshooting
- Ensuring critical system security through the use of best in class cloud security solutions
- Experience on Linux OS on AWS infrastructure.
- Certified on AWS as AWD certified Solutions Architect.
- Solid experience as a DevOps Engineer in a uptime Amazon AWS environment, including automation experience with configuration management tools (Chef, puppet, TF).
- Strong Scripting (eg Python,Ruby,Perl, Chef - minimum Anyone) and automation skills.
- Basic knowledge on Java/any other programming knowledge.
- Deploying, automating, maintaining and managing AWS cloud based Test system, to ensure the availability, performance, scalability and security of systems
- Windows and Linux system administration .
- Experience with system monitoring tools (eg Nagios, ELK, Splunk).
- Experience administrating version control systems such as SVN, Bitbucket, Clearcase (any one)
- Evaluate new technology options and vendor Tools/products.
- Working experience on release and deployment automation tools, Jenkins, AWS code Build, etc.
- Working experience on JIRA, confluence etc.
