My client is currently looking for a Development Engineer to join their team who design and manufacture highly engineered products for the aerospace and defence markets.
You will be working on the design and development of dynamic output electro-mechanical devices from concept to prototype.
They are ideally looking for:
Good understanding of piezoelectric application engineering
Good understanding of advanced engineering materials and selection for extreme environments
Ability to understand dynamic response output from systems or products (eg PE device) and interpret performance
Proficiency in engineering vibration measurement analysis
Experience & engineering responsibility in complex technology development through TRL 3 to 6
The contract length is initially 6 months, however there is a high likelihood that it will increase to 12 months and the rate for this role is £40 per hour with an immediate start.
Interviews will be taking place from Monday, the 17th December.
