IT Operations Manager - Dublin
My client is a Global Company who are currently looking to recruit a IT Operations Manager
The key responsibilities for this role includes:
- Responsible for the operational management of Salesforce Centre of Excellence.
- Drive service excellence and continuous improvement within the unit.
- Support Salesforce Centre of Excellence Lead in the management of the function and act as Proxy as needed.
- Drive preparation of and monitoring the operational budget for the unit.
- Proactively identify opportunities to increase service levels and mitigate any issues in service delivery within the function or across functions.
- Prepare function team meetings and coordinate initiatives and events
The key experience and knowledge required for this role includes:
- Management of Large IT Programmes
- Good senior Stakeholder Management experience
- Ideally experience working within a Regulated environment
