IT Operations Manager - Dublin

My client is a Global Company who are currently looking to recruit a IT Operations Manager

The key responsibilities for this role includes:

  • Responsible for the operational management of Salesforce Centre of Excellence.
  • Drive service excellence and continuous improvement within the unit.
  • Support Salesforce Centre of Excellence Lead in the management of the function and act as Proxy as needed.
  • Drive preparation of and monitoring the operational budget for the unit.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to increase service levels and mitigate any issues in service delivery within the function or across functions.
  • Prepare function team meetings and coordinate initiatives and events

The key experience and knowledge required for this role includes:

  • Management of Large IT Programmes
  • Good senior Stakeholder Management experience
  • Ideally experience working within a Regulated environment

This is a contract role working for a top company as a IT Operations Manager.
