Customer Insights Analyst

We are seeking an experience Research & Insights Analyst, who has a proven track record in providing key actionable Insights into customer, quantitative data. This role requires a candidate who is comfortable in B2C Research and can manage the full E2E customer insight research process.

This is a unique opportunity to work with an established brand, working on exciting, on-going large-scale customer insight research programmes.

Key Criteria

*4-7 years' experience in a Customer Insights/Research role
*Experience of working for or alongside Research agencies, and comfortable dealing with agencies on a day to day basis
*Extensive experience in running Quantitative Consumer Insights projects
*Ideally a background in Statistics
*Previous experience with technical tools such as SPSS and/or R (or similar)
*Survey design, sample management, reporting and quality checking
*Ability to present key actionable insights to internal stakeholders
*Ability to tell the digital customer journey
