Communications Specialist
One of my clients in Holland is looking for a Communications Specialist who knows how to approach a target group with catchy texts, make online/offline communications tools and advise on this if necessary.
Location: Heerlen
Duration: 6 months (with possible extensions)
Start date: 1st February 2019 (ideally) but flexible
Hours: 24-32 hours p/w
Rates: 60-65 Euros p/h (negotiable)
The Environment:
- You will work in the team that mainly sells and manages survivors' and pension insurance policies.
- This department works through multiple channels and develops the service concepts, controls the distribution mix and channel effectiveness.
- Preservation, cross and upsell objectives are also formulated and realized in marketing.
The Communications Specialist should be as follows:
- As a Communications or Content Specialist you should know what appeals to a target audience (for example, writing and editing texts for mailings, (news) letters and social media, aimed at employers and consumers)
- Ability to rewrite pension and insurance material easily and in our 'tone of voice' to simple Dutch
- An all-round communication professional you can also provide expert advice on the use of communication tools for all our target groups.
- Work closely together in a small team with communication and marketing specialists
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and achieving the marketing and communication objectives by implementing the communication plan, content marketing and campaign management.
Requirements:
- A completed HBO education in the field of (online) marketing/communication;
- 3 to 5 years of demonstrable work experience, where you have gained writing experience in companies that focus on services and are active in digitizing these services.
- Experience with a financial service provider is a big plus.
- Demonstrable experience with HTML and CSS.
