Description

Cloud/IOT Architect - Long term contract

My client is very keen to speak with Cloud Solution Architects with some exposure to IOT.

You will have good experience of designing solutions on Azure or AWS and will have worked on IOT projects to some degree.

You will have;

Some understanding and experience with IoT protocols like MQTT, AMQP and HTTPS

Good understanding of concepts like Device Provisioning & Management, Device Twin, Edge analytics and demonstrable application of these concepts in past projects

Understanding and experience with Cloud IoT platforms specifically and ability to demonstrate experience architecting cloud first highly scalable applications

Experience in the design and automation of Infrastructure as a Service and Platform as a Service capabilities including virtual networks, virtual machines, cloud services, web sites, data services, IoT services, etc.

Experience in the design and implementation of Internet of Things solutions that leverage high volume telemetry ingestion, stream analytics and data visualization

Ideally experience in the design and implementation of big data analytics that leverage Hadoop and predictive analytics systems

Experience and solid understanding of cloud/networking/distributed computing environments

Experience and capability to conceive and present solutions to client tailored to their unique business problems and opportunities,

Experience in the design and implementation of responsive web and mobile applications

We are looking for individuals who have experience with some of the following or equivalent skills: Platforms: Microsoft Azure & PaaS services or AWS, Cloud Services
