On behalf of our clients, an international finance institute in Luxembourg, we are looking for an external resource with skills and abilities as stated below:

Eurobonds Business Line Department
Field of activity
The Eurobonds Business line manages the company's portfolio of core products and services for Eurobonds during their entire life cycle, defining pricing structures, service features and distribution strategies to drive & respond to clients' needs and market evolution.
The activities within the department cover 4 dimensions: Strategy & Business Development, Product Development, Network Management and Global Standards Management.
Within the Product Development team, you will have primary responsibility for the development of new services and the improvement of existing ones.
You must possess a unique blend of business and technical expertise. You must interact actively with business and IT stakeholders to gain expertise and build networks. You must be able to communicate and build strong working relations with various areas of the company.
Tasks/responsibilities
You participate to the development of new projects, feasibility studies, simulations on customers' portfolio by:
- Developing an in-depth expertise about CSD regulations and internal systems;
- Having an active role in developing solutions in order to improve the efficiency of the services
- Specifying systems developments/enhancements that meet clients' requirements and CSD regulations
- Being one of the stakeholders in the elaboration of technical solutions with functional analysts and IT developers
- Working with Operations to help designing efficient processing flows
- Following up the writing of system requirements during the development phase
Qualifications/required skills
- Good knowledge of the financial industry with a strong expertise in settlement related topics (Global custodian, T2S, ICSDs).
- Some experience with Financial Market Infrastructures would be an advantage.
- fluent in English and a good knowledge of French is an asset
- able to draw up reports in English
- ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
- familiar with the MS Office software suite
- good social skills, the ability to cope with stress and to communicate and to present well orally and in writing
- ability to work and pick up knowledge independently
- strong analytical skills and you can switch from an helicopter view to focus on the details
- You are autonomous and you like teamwork with the aim to meet clients' expectations
- flexible and open to gain new competencies as well as to share them
- dynamic and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Assignment:
- Fulltime (100%)
- Start: ASAP
- Estimated Duration: 3 month contract (potential extension)
- Location: Luxembourg
