Based in Gdansk, they are currently looking for an IT Service Manager with previous experience in incident/problem management or as IT service manager in business intelligence/data warehousing/batch processing set up. What will and IT Service Manager do?
- Incident Creation Automation
- Coordination/training/enabling problem management.
- Analyses/reporting KPI-s.
- Vendor Management
- Stakeholder Management
The minimum requirements:
- Previous experience in Incident/problem management or as IT Service manager in Business intelligence/Data warehousing/Batch processing set up (medium or large scale)
- Hands on experience in implementing improvements and automations resulting out of problem management or continuous service improvement initiatives
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Preferred start date ASAP
