Key Responsibilities:

  • Working on the project team to ensure we have a considered approach to Brexit for our people.
  • Preparing due diligence for all consultations
  • Preparing managers for the consultations
  • Ensuring paperwork and redundancy calculations are received on a timely basis
  • Supporting managers and impacted employees through the consultation period
  • Working closely with the relocation team
  • Finalising the paperwork
  • Instructing payroll for any payments required
  • Working closely with legal and ER to ensure legal risk is mitigated and employees experience a fair process

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience of managing restructuring consultations
  • Good employment law knowledge
  • Strong execution skills
  • Strong client/business acumen
  • Attention to detail
  • Understanding of TUPE legislation
